With the iPhone 14 Pro series, the ProMotion display can even drop the frame rate down to 1Hz. This kicks in when the screen is static, such as when reading. Since the refresh rate can dynamically change between 120Hz and 1Hz depending on the application, it conserves power, and consequently, improves battery life on the iPhone 14 Pro models too.
The faster processor and higher refresh rate has me leaning towards the Pro (but) I'd love to know whether or not the difference in speed/performance is noticeable enough to justify the £200 price difference between the two.
