Instructions. Mix together 450 mL apple cider, 150 mL pomegranate juice, and 300 mL soda water (we used a soda maker, available here ). For an alcoholic version, add a splash of vodka or bourbon. Cut lime wedges and add the juice of two wedges to each serving. Garnish with lime wedges and pomegranate seeds.
Instructions. Combine the cranberry juice, pineapple juice, frozen concentrate, ginger ale and ice cubes in a large pitcher or punch bowl. Add the ice (between 2 and 4 cups of ice is best). Muddle mint leaves, the lime pieces and half of the ginger sticks in a bowl, then pour it into a pitcher. Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the flesh into the pitcher. Add juice from the oranges and ice cubes and stir around. Top it with sparkling soda, a couple of ginger sticks and a mint leaf. Enjoy!
