Two dropped by Demon of Hatred, found at the Ashina Castle Grounds late in the game. Two purchasable from the Fountainhead Pot Noble for 6 Carp Scales each. If the Fountainhead Pot Noble dies due to feeding the Hirata Pot Noble's 'Truly Precious Bait' to the Great Colored Carp, the latter will inherit the former's stock, including the Lapis Lazuli.
I just feel that fromsoft missed a good opportunity with this game to start adding new encounters or mixing things up on new game + cycles. I like the idea of kuros charm/demon bell but I definitely feel like the longevity of the game could be extended and replay value enhanced by changing up some of the enemy encounters/adding more difficult enemy combos on new game + cycles.
Not necessary because later in the game, you can buy confetti. 3 of them for each fight is more than enough. Be cautious with the cold fog around the headless. It will prevent you from sprinting so there is no use pressing sprint button.
In-Game Description. Dagger with a stark white blade and hilt. Converts Vitality into Spirit Emblems. Originally, this tanto was used in a ritual offering to the dragon, in which an emblem would be cut from one's own life force and set adrift on the Fountainhead waters. The blade is inscribed with its true name: "Devoted Soul".
Divine Child of Rejuvenation. Location. Senpou Temple, Mt. Kongo. Divine Child of Rejuvenation is an NPC in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. The last surviving member of the Children of Rejuvenation, she sits within the Inner Sanctum as custodian to the Mortal Blade, who none may draw without dying.
Going into New Game Plus is OPTIONAL. Players can pick to stay in their current game cycle and then proceed to "Playthrough 2" via the Sculptor's Idol in Dilapidated Temple. Note that actually entering New Game Plus at least once is required to unlock Kuro's Charm (see below).
